James and his team did an absolutely excellent job - from responding to my request for a quote, discussing options, through to completion of the work. He knocked through our lounge/ dining room with minimum of mess and did a beautiful job of finishing - plaster etc - just how we wanted it. His communication throughout was second to none and he is easy company to have in the house (even the dog loves him!).
